HAIR RESTORING SERUM incorporates a formulation featuring GREENPLEX®, POLYSOL PGA, and GREENQUAT® BT—plant-derived components designed to address the repercussions of chemical and mechanical hair treatments.

GREENPLEX®: it is a plant-derived complex with quantifiable efficacy in treating damaged hair. It reduces combing force and electrostatic effects by 23% and 60%, respectively, compared to untreated hair. This complex significantly diminishes dry friction in damaged hair, both when left on (-79%) and rinsed off (-75%). Application to high curl-type hair results in a 55.6% increase in the mean number of cycles to break compared to the untreated group. It also enhances elasticity by 10.3% in heat-damaged hair. FE-SEM images demonstrate an improvement in scale compactness and adhesion to the hair shaft, particularly beneficial in bleached hair. The filming property of GREENPLEX® is evidenced by discernible “drops” covering the hair’s surface.

POLYSOL PGA: a natural solubilizer derived through proline-catalyzed esterification, finds utility in solubilizing essential oils, vitamins, and liposoluble active ingredients. Demonstrating compatibility across various pH ranges, even in the presence of mildly cationic substances, POLYSOL® PGA provides an effective alternative to conventional solubilizing agents.

GREENQUAT® BT: a patented copolymer with a high cationic charge derived from sugar beet, replaces synthetic conditioning agents in hair care applications. Water-soluble and readily biodegradable, it exhibits improved compatibility and transparency in anionic surfactant systems.
