Results – Evaluation of the moisturizing effect (long term) and lenitive (short term)- IN&OUT DETOX®
All 20 subjects completed the study. The demographic characteristics of the sample are shown in table 1. All non-invasive tests were carried out by the same experimenter at an average ambient temperature of 22 ° C and an average relative humidity of 56%. All tests were performed in the morning between 10 am and 2 pm.

EVALUATION OF LENITIVE EFFICACY
After the application of SDS in occlusion, the active agent was able to reduce the TEWL and erythema after 4 hours from its application (Table 3). No changes were found in the control area compared to baseline.
