Conclusions – In Vitro Anti-Inflammatory efficacy test – AVOMULS® LOW

From the in vitro data here reported, and under the reported experimental conditions, we can conclude that:

AVOMULS© LOW presents an anti-inflammatory activity, as demonstrated by a highly significant decrease of th IL-8 levels equal to

 26% with the lowest tested concentration (0.0039%)

63% with the highest tested concentration (0.0078%)

in human keratinocytes stimulated with tumor necrosis factor alpha.
