Conclusions – Characteristics of a green emulsifier – SESAMULS® OW

During the experiment, SESAMULS® OW proved to be a safe, very versatile and particularly efficient emulsifier. It can be defined as a ‘PEG Free’ natural functional emulsifying system capable of making O/W systems that are pleasant to see, particular refreshing, soft and velvety to touch, enriched by the eudermic properties of sesame oil. A product in harmony with nature, capable of meeting the requirements of a market increasing oriented towards the use of ‘gentle’ products, with excellent functional properties, not tested on animals, friendly to man and the environment
